Our services are intended for relaxation, wellness, skincare, and personal self-care. Healing Asian Spa is a wellness spa and does not provide medical diagnosis, treatment, rehabilitation, or healthcare services. ​

Healing Asian Spa provides standard transaction receipts for personal record-keeping only. For credit card payments, a customer copy is available at the time of payment.

We do not provide any additional, customized, or specially prepared receipts, forms, or documentation for FSA/HSA reimbursement requests. This includes completing forms, modifying receipts, adding information to receipts, providing supporting documentation, or preparing paperwork to meet individual reimbursement requirements.

Guests who require documentation for reimbursement or insurance purposes should confirm their plan's requirements before booking. Healing Asian Spa does not provide reimbursement-related documentation beyond the standard transaction receipt.
